Ratsu looks like he's explaining the definition of the term "Fire Emblemism". Or he could be entitling Brawlers like "The Pink Yoshi of Doom" or "The Blue Kirby of Coconuts", except this is "The Ike who Stole Roy's Sword and Oliver's Pikmin" and "The Black Marth of Mini-Skirts"/"Marth Vader". XD
