The Shreveport Anime Society (SAS) is an organization for anime fans in the Shreveport and Bossier City area of Louisiana. The society is dedicated to providing a fun, safe environment for anime fans of all ages to meet other fans and enjoy anime and Japanese culture together. It is independent of any company, school, or other organization, and has its own officers which run the organization according to the wishes of its members. The society participates in many activities, including weekly viewings, video game tournaments, and other monthly events, the details of which can be found under the “Events” section of the website.
